About Us
Resource Intermediaries Limited is a company registered in Nigeria to engage in outsourcing services. The conceptual definition of the company is "easing your business burdens", which is the fundamental reason for our existence. In living this definition, we focus on three key areas; Human Resource Recruitment & Management, Janitorial Services and Business Support Services (Legal and Company Secretarial Services, Information Technology and Finance & Accounting).

Alex Okoh
Chairman
Graduate of the Harvard Business School, Alex is a Banker, Business strategist and consultant with over 22 years in the financial services industry. Managed key portfolios in prominent financial institutions like Citibank and United Bank for Africa. As CEO, he is generally credited with the phenomenal turnaround of former NNB International Bank Pic into a brand of value prior to the consolidation of the banking industry in Nigeria. An avid and motivational speaker, Alex Okoh is currently the Managing Partner of Ashford & McGuire Consulting.
Olusoji Oyawoye
Managing Director / CEO
Olusoji Oyawoye is a 1987 graduate of Economics who also holds both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Management. With a wealth of experience in all facets of banking spanning eighteen years, (as a user of Outsourcing service), the last five in Executive Management capacity, Olusoji is credited for exemplary people skills which have seen him lead several turnaround initiatives in his banking career in Nigeria. Soji has attended many courses on leadership, selling and marketing including the certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Masters Class organised by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in USA. He is also a Family Counselor of the Agape Community Baptist Church in Lagos, a public speaker for singles and married couples and a publisher with several published articles, a Newsletter on Outsourcing and two books on relationships. His area of interest is in developing skills and best practice competence in managing business's Human and Administrative assets
Dr. Ebun Bamgboye
Director
Dr. Ebun Ladipo Bamgboye is a Consultant Physician/Nephrologists and currently Head, Dialysis/Transplant Unit of St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos. He has had over twenty years of post qualification experience as a Medical Doctor spanning both the public and private sector. He has several publications to his credit, amongst which are, Chronic Renal Failure at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, A Ten-year Review. Transplantation Proceedings in 1992: 24(5): 1851 1852 presented at the 1" International Congress on Dialysis and Transplantation in Developing Countries in Singapore in 1992, Acute Renal Failure at Lagos University Teaching Hospital; A Ten-year Review presented at the International Conference on ARF Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA in 1992. Dr. Bamgboye has won several prizes and awards, notably Soleye Prize for Best Medical Graduate of 1984, Best Performance in Maternal and Child Health in 1984, John Hamilton Prize for Best Performance in the Community based-experience and service and Community Health in 1984, Academic Foundation Prize for Best Performance at the 1" Professional Exam (2nd M.B.) in 1984 and Pediatrics Association of Nigeria Prize for Best all Round Student in Pediatrics in 1983 amongst others. He is currently a member of the Africa Subcommittee COMGAN Organ of the International Society of Nephrology and the Advisory Board, St Nicholas Hospital, Lagos.
Wehinmi Jemide
Director
Weyinmi Jemide is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) from the Behavioral Coaching Institute in Australia. He is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators, a global body that helps groups build consensus, maximize participation and movement to action. He graduated in Economics from the University of Lagos and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. With nearly 22 years of corporate working experience have been acquired in audit practice and banking with diverse roles in executive leadership. He has been instrumental in delivering strategic solutions as Head of Strategy at NNB International Bank Pic and in designing and lead-facilitating strategy sessions. Outside professional pursuits, he serves as a Deacon at the City of David Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lagos.
Ido Ohiwerei
Director
Ido Ohiwerei holds both Bachelor of Environmental Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees and practices as an Architect with a wealth of experience spanning 14 years. He is the Principal Architect of Designscope a firm of Architects and builders with offices in Dolphin Estate, Lagos who specialise in project management, renovation & refurbishment and construction (turn-key projects). Ido Ohiwerei has handled several jobs most prominent of which are the design and supervision of Nigerian Tobacco Company's National Head Quarters in Ikoyi, Lagos, renovation and reconstruction of Access Bank Pic's Marina branch and Petroleum Trust Fund's rehabilitation of Government College Bomadi to mention a few.

Ade Awonaike General Manager
Ade Awonaike is a graduate of Economics with specialty in Finance and Credit from Kharkov State University Ukraine and an MBA in International Business Relations from Lagos State University, Ade has worked with Citizens Bank, Broad Bank and NNB International Bank Pic prior to bank consolidation in Nigeria, all in managerial capacities in the last 6 years. He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, an affiliate of Management Institute of Singapore and Member London Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Fortune Oyelade Group Head HR Outsourcing, Banking & Financial Institutions
Fortune is a graduate of Accountancy with years of experience in Accounting, Human Resource Management and Administration. She is a seasoned Human Resource Executive that has been actively involved in the development and implementation of Human Resource processes and procedures for various organizations. Prior to joining Resource Intermediaries Limited, she had worked with Work Force Management Centre (WFMC), a Human Capital Consulting firm and Living Stone Ministries. Her consulting experience through WFMC covers such knowledge areas as recruitment & selection, training & development, contract labour outsourcing, staff reference checks and credential verification. She has delivered consulting interventions in these knowledge areas for multinationals. Fortune's core competencies lie in the areas of process re-engineering, work force planning, learning & development, performance and compensation management, staff benefits and welfare management.
Temitope Adeola Adeboyejo Group Head HR Outsourcing, Conglomerates & Others
Temitope is a Chartered Administrator from the Chartered Institute of Administration in Nigeria. Prior to joining Resource Intermediaries Limited, she had worked in the Insurance and Construction industries, in both as Human Resource and Admin Manager spanning five years. Tope is a self manager with great people skills, traits that are brought to bear in her responsibilities of managing the Resource Intermediaries growing outsourced staff numbers.
Sylvester Ojugo Group Head, Finance & Accounts
Sylvester joined Resource Intermediaries Limited at inception bringing with him over ten years cognate experience primarily from the Private sector of the economy. His experience spans general finance and management accounting.
Norman Obeahon Group Head, Business Development
Norman is an Economics graduate with years of experience in managing for growth. He is the primary business development driver in the company with oversight responsibility for the branches.
Lanre Seidu Internal Controls/Compliance Officer
Lanre is a Chartered Accountant with audit experience gained from various industries. He has had 13 years post qualification practice experience. His wealth of experience is brought to bare in his duties.
Yewande Omotosho Group Head, Business Support Services
Yewande, an English Language graduate and also a Masters Degree holder in Industrial and Labour Relations has over five years post qualification experience in Human Resource Consulting & Management with core capabilities in Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, Employee verification and Manpower Planning.
Yewande has consulted for various organizations in banking, conglomerates and financial services industry, proffering human resource solution to various companies. Prior to her current role with RIL, she had worked with Training H eights , a training outfit in the capacity of a training consultant.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and an individual with strong passion for Human Resource Management and Music.
